Hi, my name is Sabrina Harris Thompkins. This brief introduction is to give you a better understanding of our center, who I am, and my background with childcare.

Our center accepts children between the ages of 6 weeks - 6 years old. We provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks.

I have worked with children between 6 weeks and 5 years old, for over a decade now. I also have a Director’s License in Early Childhood Education.

My passions came to fruition while helping my grandmother care for young children at her Home Daycare. After witnessing her dedication to Childcare for over 20 years, I was inspired to go to college and accomplish my life goal of one day owning a Daycare Center of my own.

My goal is to create a safe and welcoming facility where parents feel comfortable and secure when dropping their children off. Walking by Faith Learning Center’s mission is to provide the highest quality care and development for young children. I’ve attended McGlone Elementary and graduated from Montebello High School and earned my directors certificate at community college of aurora.

Most people who know me know I absolutely love working with children. I choose to continue in this field because I love the fact that I could make a positive impact in their lives. I've overcome many obstacles and believe I have so much knowledge to spread.
